TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION,

On Saturday, the 10th day of July next, at 3 for 4 o’clock, at the Star Hotel, in the city of Worcester.

THE MANOR or LORDSHIP or REPUTED MANOR or LORDSHIP of WICKHAMFORD, in the county of Worcester, together with
THAT VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY
KNOWN AS
“THE WICKHAMFORD ESTATE,”
CONTAINING
TWELVE HUNDRED ACRES OF AGRICULTURAL LAND

of excellent quality and in a good state of cultivation, with suitable HOUSES and BUILDINGS.

A portion of the ESTATE is, from its close proximity to EVESHAM, very suitable for ORCHARDING or GARDEN LAND, and so cultivated would produce LARGELY-INCREASED RENTAL. A large extent of the adjoining Lands is now in Garden.

The Worcestershire Chronicle of Wednesday 21 July 1869 reported that the Estate was sold for £50,000l, including timber, to Mr Francis Parker, as agent to J P Lord, Esq, of Hallow Park.
