I, John Collett of Badsey, gentleman, give:

  • All that my messuage, tenement and the barns thereto belonging situate at Badsey now in my own possession and also the orchard thereto belonging in the occupation of James Harris and Joseph Knight and all other the messuages lands and hereditaments parts or shares of messuages, lands and hereditaments with the appurtenances unto the use of my dear wife Ann Collett for and during the term of her natural life and after her decease I give the same unto the use of William Collett of Badsey, farmer
  • I give all my personal estate and effects and household furniture unto my wife Ann Collett and unto William Collett and the survivor of them save
  • The sum of £300 to Jane Kelsall of Evesham, widow
