  • Lot 1 - Part of Pitcher’s Hill Farm comprising a brick & slated dwelling-house with garden, conaining entrance passage, 5 bedrooms, dining, drawing and breakfast rooms.  Large front kitchen with cupboards, back kitchen, larder, dairy and cooling house.  Capital Buildings, superior pasture orchard & rich feeding & meadow land, containing about 25A 1R 11p.  The House and Buildings are supplied with tap water from Evesham Rural District Council.
  • Lot 2 - A small holding, being part of Pitcher’s Hill Farm, comprising superior pasture & meadow land, containing about 63A 3R 12P, situate adjoining the road to Evesham and reaching down to Murcott, and watered by the Murcott Mill Brook.
