Details of Will

I, Sarah Gibbs, heretofore of Badsey but now of St Johns near Worcester:

  • Request that instead of selling my linen and plate my several children do divide the same among themselves and return their several shares as memories of me.
  • And whereas my son Charles Acton Gibbs and my daughter Ann Gibbs have constantly assisted me and taken care of me I give £100 each
  • And I give my freehold messuage garden orchard and other hereditaments situate at Badsey and also all that freehold malthouse and the messuage and garden at St Johns lately purchased by me from the Messrs Stanway now fitting up for my own occupation and all other my real and chattel real estate and also my household furniture and implements of household stock, unto my sons William Gibbs and Charles Acton Gibbs….. VERY FAINT THUS DIFFICULT TO READ.  ANOTHER 3 PAGES TO LOOK THROUGH.
