Letter from a German Prisoner of War to Harold Grinnell, 1947

Letter written in April 1947 by a German former prisoner of war, George Jung, to Harold Grinnell.  The two men had worked together at Littleton & Badsey Growers when George was at the Prisoner of War Camp at South Littleton.  The envelope, postmarked 9th April 1947, was addressed to Mr Grinnel (sic, c/o Littleton & Badsey Growers Ltd, South Littleton, near Evesham, Worcestershire, Great Britain, and was sent by George Jung, 48 Richard Wagner Street, Bernburg, Saale, Germany, Russian Zone.
