Extract of the will of William Ernest Emms, made on 22nd August 1951, and who died on 29th January 1953, in which he left "a cottage and premises now or formerly occupied by Mr Shelley" [Rose Cottage], together with other property and land in Badsey, to his wife, Edith Amelia Emms of The Have, Badsey Fields Lane. Assent made 8th March 1954.
