Description
The Secretary of the PCC reported that he had received planning permission for the erection of a church hall on the site of Vine Cottage and Rose Cottage in Chapel Street. If the development were to be carried out, it was dependent, apart from finance to be arranged, upon the PCC having occupation of both cottages.
