Photograph with caption on the reverse (written by Angela Holdsworth many years later): "Simon 'working' at the Fete." Shows Reverend Chapman and Angela outside the front of the Vicarage with Simon. At the Fete that year, Simon pulled his cart for rides. The Chapmans had him shod as he was working on the drive, not in the field; Angela Holdsworth (née Chapman) still has one of his shoes.
