Letter to the Reverend W H Price from John Smith & Sons (Frank & John H Smith, Partners), Midland Team Clock Works, Queen Street & Market Place, Derby, Manufacturers by Special Machinery of every description of Clocks, Chimes, Carillons etc for Cathedrals, Churches, Stables, Railway Stations, etc - concerning visiting Badsey to advise about a new church clock:

Dear Sir

We beg to thank you for your favour and in reply to say that we should make no charge for our visit but if you could send a conveyance to meet Mr Smith at Evesham Station we should be obliged.  He will arrange to get over on Thursday next by train due at Evesham at 2.48 and will like to catch return train at 5.57.

Kindly confirm this is quite convenient to you.
