Lever-arch file containing notes by Richard Phillips about the history of Badsey Manor House. Richard lived at the Manor from 2000 until his death in 2015. These notes formed the basis of his chapter, entitled "The Seyne House", in The Badsey Society publication: Aldington and Badsey, Villages in the Vale - A Tapestry of Local History.
