Present-day address: 7 Allsebrook Gardens, Badsey

A detached house built in the 1970s by Maxim Homes as part of a development of ten executive homes; they had bought the freehold land from Christ Church, Oxford, on 20th October 1971. This was the first of the ten houses to be sold, the sale taking place on 20th May 1974.
