BADSEY - ACCIDENT

Mr Thomas Knight of No 8 Synehurst, Badsey, met with an accident while cycling in the village on Sunday evening last. When turning the corner near the School on the road to Broadway, he saw a car and a motor cycle coming towards him.  In trying to avoid the car, Mr Knight crashed into the motor cycle. He was knocked off his bicycle, receiving injuries to his side and a deep cut over the right eye, his machine being badly damaged. After having this attended to by the District Nurse he was taken to Dr Savory's surgery for treatment. The motor cyclist received slight injuries to his leg.
