DISTRICT NEWS, BENGEWORTH WEDDING
The wedding was solemnised on Saturday morning at St Peter’s Church, Bengeworth, of Miss Daisy Grace Spiers, second daughter of Mr & Mrs Spiers of The Beeches, Knowle Hill, and Mr Reginald Knight, only son of Mr & Mrs T Knight of Bullybrook Cottages, Badsey.  The bride was given away by her brother, Mr Reginald Spiers, and she was attended by Miss Vera Knight (sister of the bridegroom) and Miss May Harman (friend of the bride).  The duties of best man were capably carried out by Mr Cyril Jones of Malvern.  The wedding ceremony at the Church was conducted by the Vicar of Bengeworth (Rev A H Lewis).  A reception was held at the home of the bridegroom.  Mr & Mrs Knight later left by train for Malvern, where the honeymoon is being spent.
