1955 August – Newspaper article about Badsey Scouts’ Fete

Description

Newspaper cutting from The Evesham Standard about Badsey Scouts’ Fete, which was opened by 18-year-old Audrey Stewart.  Because of rain, for a second year the fete had to be moved from the Vicarage lawn to Badsey Council School.  Includes a photo of the Vicar of Badsey, Rev W B Chapman, and Harry Stewart playing bowls and a photo of the organisers of the fete.
