Beatrice Emily Pitts, aged 87 years, funeral on April 19th 1977.
Originally from London, Mrs Pitts had lived in Wickhamford with her late husband for many years. At one time she used to clean the church, in the days of Canon Allsebrook. Until recently she used to live on Pitchers Hill, and then about three years ago she moved into Durcott House. May she rest in peace.
