1841 Bentley's Directory of Worcestershire, Wickhamford, 1841

WICKHAMFORD is a village and parish in Evesham Union, 2¼ miles SE of Evesham, and contains 136 inhabitants, and 1,200 acres of pasture and wheat land; it is level and well watered. The church is on the north side of the village, built of stone, and has just been thoroughly repaired at the expense of the Right Hon Lord Sandys (who is the sole proprietor of the parish), and to whose family there are two impressive monuments of marble in the chancel; the church contains 104 seats, of which 60 are free; it is a curacy united to Badsey; service commences alternately at Badsey and here, at half past ten in the morning, and afternoon at half past two.Bentley's%20Directory%201840%20B.jpegBentley's%20Directory%201840%20C.jpeg
