Edward Hall, Willersey Road, Badsey, is a married man with three children and is in the employ of Messrs Espley & Co Ltd, Evesham, who did not appeal for him. Appellant said the firm had said nothing to them about appealing for him. He had worked for them for 14 years. He also worked over an acre of land and had done so for over three years. He kept a pig for breeding purposes. He asked for two or three months' exemption.
