Envelope postmarked 7th July 1908 London, containing a, letter, notes and memos from John Tutin Wingfield of Osbaldeston Road, London, to Raymond Webb, Estate Agency Offices, Evesham, about work at Badsey Manor House. Contains: (1) Letter, dated 7th July 1908, mentions Mrs Wilson, Osborne, Messrs Gardiner; (2) Notes, dated 19th June 1908, concerning work at Badsey Manor House, mentions Taylor, Wheeler, Osborne, Mrs Wilson, Smith and includes a plan showing the carriage way at the back of the house; (3) Plan showing the back garden and a tennis lawn (pencilled on the back of a piece of scrap paper about rubber shares); (4) A follow-up memo dated 24th June 1908, mentions Taylor and Wheeler; (5) Memo to Mr Webb concerning work to be done by the carpenters, mentions Mrs Wilson, Mr J Wilson; (6) Memo relating to cleaning, repairing and distempering; (7) Memo relating to the wall and window seat; (8) Memo concerning the attics; (9) List of work to be done, mentions Wheeler and Taylor.
