Burial - Alfred (Peter) GANLY

Peter Ganly came to live in Binyon Close with his wife some 10 years ago. Before his retirement he had worked for the GPO (telecommunication and engineering) in the south-east. In recent years he had devoted much of his time to nursing his wife during her illness, quietly assuming the role of cook-housekeeper which necessity forced upon hi. He was a member of the Evesham Probus Club and regularly attended their meetings at the Round of Gras. Last year he and his wife moved into a flat at their daughter and son-in-law’s house at Bowers Hill, and it was there that death came so swiftly and unexpectedly. We send his wife and family our deepest condolences.
