A new voice was Frank Clarke.

• Frank Clarke may have been Francis Reginald Clarke (1891-?), who lived in Hampton at the time of the 1939 Register and was a Gardener.  The 1940 press report describes him as from Hampton, but the 1937 report does not, seeming to imply that he was from Littleton.  However, it would appear that he had always lived in Hampton, so the 1937 report was probably incorrect.  See also pages 3, 20, 21, 22, 23.
