Executors:  My son, Thomas Matthew Evans of Evesham, grocer, and my daughter, Winifred Jane Evans, now residing with me

I, Elizabeth Evans of Badsey, widow, give:

  • To Thomas Matthew Evans and Winifred Jane Evans upon trust to sell, all my real estate, money, household furniture and all other my personal estate, and then, after payment of debts and funeral expenses, to pay the following legacies.
  • To my brother, William Matthews, £20.
  • To my granddaughter, Alice Beatrice Evans, £200 to bepaid when she attains the age of 21 and to be invested in the names of the Trustees during her minority.
  • To my children, Winifred Jane Evans, Albert Edward Evans, Thomas Matthew Evans, Clinton Evans, Beatrice Alice Sears the wife of Arthur Sears, and Ernest John Evans, but each child before receiving his or her share, bring into account and give credit for the sum then due and owing from him or her to me for advance made in my lifetime; the advances at the present time being, Albert Edward Evans £210, Clinton Evans £50, Beatrice Alice Sears £100.
