I, Annie Elizabeth Jinks of No 23 Windsor Road, Evesham, widow, give:

  • To Alfred Lambourn King, £30 as a slight acknowledgement of his great kindness to me in many ways.
  • To my niece, Alice Limerick, spinster, of Granville Road, Felixstowe, Suffolke, stationer, £20.
  • To my sister, Sarah Elizabeth Davies, of No 13 Merthyr Road, Abergavenny, Monmouthsire, widow, all my real estate (if any) and all the rest and residue of my personal estate whatsoever, for her own absolute use and benefit and in case my said sister shall die in my lifetime I direct that my said residuary estate shall go and be paid to or divided equally between such of her children as shall be living at the time of her death, share and share alike, and if there shall be only one such child, then to that child.
