Article/photographs on development of Brewers Lane (originally known as Lanket Lane) which was formerly agricultural land owned in 1815 by John Jones and sold in 1890 by the Byrd family. Later buyers included William Hurd Adams, Evesham Builders Espley & Company; and James Brewer.
