All my real and personal estate to my trustees upon trust to carry on the business now carried on by me for the benefit of my children, Thomas Roberts, Richard John, Jecolia Ann, Robert, Mary, Albert, Ralph, William and Arthur, until the youngest of my children shall attain the age of 21 years when I declare that my real and personal estate shall be divided between my children in equal shares as tenants in common.
