BADSEY WEDDING

The marriage took place at St James’ Church early on Monday morning of Mr William James Ryman, eldest son of Mr & Mrs Arthur Ryman of Stratford-on-Avon and of Miss Frances Mary Wheatley, eldest surviving daughter of Mrs and the late Mr Horace Wheatley of The Poplars.  The ceremony was conducted by the Vicar (Rev Canon W C Allsebrook).  The bride was attired in a turquoise blue two-piece suit with brown blouse and hat and shoes to tone.  She carried an ivory covered Prayer Book, the gift of her fellow members of the local branch of the Girls’ Friendly Society.  Mr & Mrs Ryman will make their future home at Lanesfield, Badsey.
