Details of Will

In the Name of God Amen I Robt. Hill of Badsey in the County of Worcester Clerk do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament First I will that all my just debts be all paid I give and bequeath unto my son Joseph Hill and his heirs forever all parts of a freehold estate lately fallen to me from and after the decease of my Aunt Olive which is now situate ly(e)ing and being in Bromyard and Hardwick (?) or elsewhere in the County of Hereford Item I give to my son Thomas all that freehold estate in the parish of Sandhurst in the County of Gloucester holden by my sister Dorothy Hill for her natural life Item I give to my son William all the leasehold estate situate and ly(e)ing near the Cross in Gloucester Item I give and bequeath unto my son James one hundred pounds in money Item I give to my son Robert the sum of fifty pounds in money the Residue and Remainder of all my Goods and Chattels I give to be equally divided  between all my children Lastly I constitute and appoint my son Joseph my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Rob: Hill signed sealed published and declared in the presence of us who set our hands in the Testators presence and at his Request Edwd.
