              I, Thomas Pigeon of Badsey, being old and infirm but of sound and ? Mind and memory, give:
- To my loving neighbour John Seward, Gent, my cousin, William Daby of Blockley and my son-in-law, Thomas Cotterill my lands and hereditaments in the parish of Badsey which I purchased and which were formerly the lands of Robert Smith from the time of my death
- All my goods, chattels and formal estate .....?
- To my daughters Mary, Anne, Sara and Marjory £4 apiece
- To my four grandchildren, the children of my said son-in-law, Thomas Cotterill, 10 shillings apiece
- To my grandchild, the daughter of my daughter Roberts, 10 shillings
My will is that if my son, Robert Pigeon, his heirs or assigns shall pay the said money ...
Memorandum that I, Thomas Pigeon, add a codicil to my will, give to my four grandchildren, the children of my daughter Elizabeth Gibbs ten shillings apiece
