I Charles Simpson of Badsey, farmer, give:
- To my children Mary Hartall, James Simpson, Elizabeth Hay and Ann Knight their heirs and assigns the sum of 50 shillings a year for the term of 20 years to commence one year after my decease and after 20 years has expired the said 50 shillings to go to the executor of this will
- To my son James Simpson his heirs all my wearing apparel
- To my son Charles Simpson his heirs and assigns all the rest and residue of my personal estate of what nature or kind soever which I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease
