  • To my sister, Mary Wilson, the sum of £1000 to be paid to her with 12 months after my decease by the said Edward Wilson out of the freehold and leasehold messuages, lands, tenements, hereditaments and premises hereinbefore by megiven.  I also give to my said sister for life the room over the hall in the Seney House in Badsey aforesaid together with the beds, bedsteads and hangings and all other furniture which shall be in the same at the time of my decease.  I also give all my freehold lands, hereditaments and premises whatsoever at Cow Honeybourne, in the county of Gloucester (to hold to my sister, Mary Wilson).  I also give to my sister, Mary Wilson, all the estate, right, title and interest I may have in a certain leasehold estate and premises in cow Honeybourne now in the occupation of Mr Luke Heath at the time of my decease

Executors:  My good friends, John Hall of Bretforton, gentleman, and John Ballard of Badsey

  • I have also bequeathed to my sister-in-law, Sarah Wilson, £100 to be paid to her in 12 months from my decease.  I do hereby revoke the said bequest and in lieu thereof I give the sum of £200 to be paid to her by her brother when she attains the age of 21.
  • I give to John Ballard of Badsey, farmer, the sum of £100 to be paid to him out of my real and personal estates given and bequeathed to Edward Wilson; I do hereby charge the same with the payment thereof but if that should be insufficient then I charge the estate and premises at Honeybourne by my said will given and bequeathed to my sister Mary Wilson with the payment thereof, and I direct the same to be paid to John Ballard within 12 months of my decease.
