I, Theodore James Hall of Bredon View, Badsey, out of business, give:

  • To my nephew, James Hemming, £10.
  • To my nephew, George Moisey, my freehold dwelling-house, garden and outbuildings at Badsey now in my occupation known as Bredon View and all my household furniture and effects and outdoor effects
  • To my Trustee, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and effects upon trust to convert into cash such part thereof as shall not consist of money and after paying out of the proceeds any debts due by me and my funeral and testamentary expenses to divide the net proceeds in equal shares between such of my nephews and nieces hereinafter named as shall be living at my death, namely Henry Hemming, Harry Roberts, Edith Field, George Moisey, Owen Joseph Teale and Mary Elizabeth Tomlinson.
