Sole Executrix:  My dear wife, Jane Jinks

I, William Jinks of Badsey, Market Gardener, give:

  • To my dear wife, Jane Jinks, for her own use and benefit absolutely, all that messuage or tenement with the orchard, outbuilding and appurtenances thereunto adjoining situate at Badsey where I now reside and also all that market garden land situate in Aldington recently purchased by me from Lord’s Trustees and all other (if any) of my real estate.
  • To my dear wife, Jane, absolutely, all my household furniture, goods, chattels and effects, money, securities for money, live and dead stock, tenant right, crops and implements of husbandry and all the rest of my personal estate.
  • If my wife should die during my lifetime, to John Albert Blades of High Street, Evesham, Grocer, and Thomas Williams Glasbrook of Port Street, Bengeworth, Evesham, Licensed Victualler, upon trust to sell all my property real and personal and, out of the money, after paying expenses, to pay anddivide the same equally between my children who shall be living at my decease and the issue of such of them as may have died in my lifetime.
