Envelope postmarked 1st November 1909 Stoke Newington to Raymond Webb, Estate Offices, Evesham . Contains: (1) Draft letter dated 27th October 1909 from an unknown person to John Tutin Wingfield (the draft believed to have been written by Wingfield),undertaking to carry out the work enumerated in the accompanying schedule for the sum of £10 to the satisfaction of Mr Raymond Webb; (2) Schedule of work drawn up by John Tutin Wingfield, to be completed at Badsey Manor House, with note attached from Wingfield to Raymond Webb, and pencil additions stating the number of hours actually worked and completion date.
