Maureen Spinks’ book “Heads and Tales, a History of Badsey Schools” had a quiz included with it and several members submitted their answers. Helen Welch, a former pupil, was the outright winner. Helen died suddenly 2 months later. Helen’s funeral service at Badsey Church was taken by Reverend David Vince, a former Badsey school pupil.
