MRS LYDIA BAYLEY, BADSEY  

The funeral took place on Monday at St James’ Church, Badsey, of Mrs Lydia Bayley of 13 Synehurst, Badsey, whose death occurred at Avonside Hospital on Friday.

Aged 66 years, Mrs Bayley was the second daughter of Mr & Mrs Richard Keen of Badsey.  She is survived by her husband and a daughter.

The funeral service was conducted by the Vicar, Rev W B Chapman, and family mourners were Mr R J Bayley (husband), Miss D Keen (s9ister); Mr & Mrs Arthur Keen and Mr & Mrs Albert Keen (brothers and sisters-in-law); Mr & Mrs E Jelfs (brother-in-law and sister); Mrs J Double (niece).  Among those in church were Mrs Harris, Mr H Byrd (Evesham), Mrs T Osbourne (Evesham), Mrs C Malin (Offenham), Mrs W Ballard, Mrs W Blake, Mrs Hutchings.

Among the floral tributes was a wreath from Badsey Women’s Meeting House of which Mrs L Bayley was a member.
