Dearest
I have been dying to hear from you and do hope there will be a letter from you in the morning.
I am going to Uncle Harry's on the 1st or 2nd of May if I am well enough.
I believe the others have been letting you know how I've been getting along, so I need not tell you all about that.
As I've done very little else but sleep, eat and cough, I cannot write a very inspiring letter!
If there should be a letter in the morning, I will answer it tomorrow. I easily get tired and it is quite late so excuse only a scribble.

24.4.15 - The post has come and gone and no letter. I suppose being in bed makes the time seem longer. My temperature is normal this morning and pulse slower so I am on the mend. It is a most tempting day out of doors. Fancy a whole week gone of my holiday.
