My dearest Wife,

I was so glad to have your letter this morning and must write in a hurry to catch morning mail.

We are having a time of it but I must wait to tell you details.

George can stay till this evening, presently we are going to be photographed, the five of us, in a group. To-morrow Dil & I meet aunt Lizzie at The Grosvenor and lunch with her, then I have written to Jack to meet us at the Langham at 6P.M. We are to dine with Dilnot and I mean to pay for the theatre tickets, I expect to get to Evesham at 12.27 on Wednesday and shall get down to Badsey as soon as convenient.

I have much enjoyed my visit but shall be glad to be with my own dear wife again.

Your loving Husband

Julius Sladden
