Fanny Blanche Janet BROWN CONSTABLE (née ALLIES) (1864-1943)

Fanny Blanche Janet Brown Constable, née Allies (1864-1943), was the cousin of Mela Brown Constable (fiancée of Cyril Sladden).

Fanny Allies was born at Alfrick, Worcestershire, on 21st July 1864, the daughter of William Hartshorn Allies, and his wife, Fanny.  She was baptized at St Luke, Westminster, London, on 1st May 1865. 

Fanny married Captain Charles William Nelson Brown Constable, an officer in the Royal Garrison Artillery, at Alfrick in 1891.  They had one daughter, Miriam Bay (1892-1981).  They were living at 5 Bays Hill Terrace, Cheltenham, at the time.  By 1911 they lived at Ivy Cottage, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham.

Charles died at Ivy Cottage on 3rd February 1912, aged 42.  Fanny died in Cheltenham in 1943.
