My Darling Wife,
I arrived here all right at 1.18P.M. and must write you before post that you may receive the usual letter when you come down to breakfast.
The weather here has been quite fine all day very unlike what it was at Chipping Norton.
We brew to-morrow some light beer which I hope will turn out well.
There is really nothing to say so good-bye God bless you my love
Your own affectionate Husband
Julius Sladden
